Law Courses and Colleges under Burdwan University in West Bengal

B.A. L.L.B. and 5 Years Integrated Course for B.A. L.L.B. Degree under Burdwan University:

There are five centers under Burdwan University where students can study Law courses. Academic qualification (for General students) for admission is 3 years Bachelor Degree with minimum 45% marks.

3. Durgapur Institute of Legal Studies, City Center, Phase-II, Near Gandhi More, Durgapur, 713208, Burdwan.
4. Bengal Law College, Gopalnagar, Sriniketan Bypass, Daranda, Sriniketan, 731236, Birbhum.
5. Hooghly Mahasin College, Chuchura, 712101, Hooghly.

There are two types of Law courses:-

1. 3 Years L.L.B. Course.

Qualification- Graduate in any stream.

2. 5 Years Integrated Course for BA LLB degree.

Qualification-Minimum H.S. (10+2) passed.

Candidates have to sit for written test for admission.

The minimum qualification for Master degree in Law is Bachelor degree in Law.

Admission in MBA and Management Courses from Indira Gandhi National Open University

Degree and Diploma courses in Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU):

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has been started some new Degree and Diploma Courses in Management. The courses are, “Business Administration Master Degree (MBA)”, Diploma in Management”, “Post Graduate Diploma in Management”, “Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management”, “Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management”, “Post Graduate Diploma in Operation Management”, “Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management” etc.
Candidates, who passed Graduation in any stream with 50% marks (for reserved category 45 %) can take admission for these courses.

Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU):

“U21 Global Graduate School” of Singapore and “Indira Gandhi National Open University” have jointly started MBA Course in Information Technology. Edinboro University, University of Glasgow, University of Melbourne, University of Nottingham etc. universities are conducted by the patronization of U21 Global Graduate School. The course “Executive Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology has been started from this year.
Candidates, who studied Graduation in Information Technology having at least 2 years experience, may apply for admission. There is no age limit. To know more visit
