1000 Calorie Diet Chart for Quick Weight Lose Weight Reduction Diet


1000 Calorie Diet Chart, 1000 Calorie Diet Plan, Weight Losing Diets, Weight Loss Diet Plan, Weight Reduction Diet, Diets For Quick Weight Loss:-

Rise early in the morning and take a glass of tepid water with orange juice.

Breakfast:-
Take a cup of coffee or tea without sugar (Saccharine preferable).
Eat any seasonal fruits (excepting bananas and mangoes).
Eat one cucumber and one tomato.
Eat one egg.
Take one or two option/options from above.
Change option often to avoid monotony.

Mid-Day-Meal:-
Before taking meal eat at least one or two small cucumber and tomato.
Then take a bowl of diluted vegetable soup or chicken soup without wheat.
Take two small baked breads, half bowl of dal, a small bowl of vegetable and a small piece of fish or chicken in main course.

Tiffin of Afternoon:-
Tiffin of afternoon is same as Breakfast.

Dinner:-
Dinner is almost same as Mid-Day-Meal. But you may take some boiled rice instead of bead.

Generally, 1000 calorie diet includes about 60 gram protein, 145 gram carbohydrate and 21 gram fat. We can decrease our energy intake by following this Low Calorie diet for one month.
