Rules and Regulations of Indian Medical Council for studying in Abroad, Eligibility Certificate for Medical Study in Abroad:

According to the Medical Council Regulation 2002 of Indian Medical Council, before going to abroad for medical studies, students should have the Eligibility Certificate form Council. To apply for this certificate, applicants can download the Application Format from this website www.mciindia.org 

Applicants have to send a Demand Draft of Rs. 500 which is drawn in favour of “Secretary, Medical Council of India, New Delhi”.

If the students wish to practice in India after successfully completion of studies in abroad, candidates should apply for registration after passing screening test organized by National Board of Examination. 

For screening test candidates need to have Eligibility Certificate for going to Russia, China, Philippine, Bangladesh.
